The Pinargozu Mine is included in the 50-50 company, Horzum Arama Isletme AS (Horzum AS), which is a corporate joint venture between Pasinex and Turkish mining house, Akmetal Madencilik San ve Tic. Akmetal AS is one of Turkey’s largest family-owned conglomerates with the nearby past-producing Horzum zinc mine.

2025 marked a transformational year for Pasinex.

✅ Achieved 100% ownership of Horzum, operator of the producing Pinargozu high-grade (30-50%) zinc mine in Türkiye
✅ Completed the acquisition of Aydın Teknik, adding the Sarıkaya zinc licence to its portfolio (I removed lead)
✅ Simplified its corporate structure and strengthened operational control

These milestones represent Pasinex's transition from a joint venture structure to full ownership of its core producing asset.
