NEWS! 🚨 We are pleased to announce the successful completion of the merger between First Nordic Metals Corp. and Mawson Finland Limited. 📈

This transaction combines complementary gold development and exploration assets in Sweden and Finland, creating a stronger Nordic-focused company with a diversified portfolio, including the Rajapalot, Barsele, Oijärvi, and Gold Line Belt projects. 🌍

Backed by a robust balance sheet following a C$80M financing, the combined entity is well-positioned to advance key milestones and unlock value across more than 123,000 hectares of prospective ground. 💪

The company intends to change its name to Goldsky Resources Corp., subject to approvals, and will continue trading on the TSX-V.

🚀 Big News from Mawson Finland! 🚀

We're thrilled to announce that today, December 8, 2025, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice has granted the FINAL ORDER approving our business combination with First Nordic Metals Corp. This is a game-changer for our team and shareholders!

At our special meeting on December 4, Mawson shareholders showed overwhelming support—now, each Mawson common share will be exchanged for 1.7884 First Nordic common shares (post their 4:1 consolidation). Upon closing (expected around December 16), Mawson will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of First Nordic, with our shares delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange.

This move strengthens our position to advance the world-class Rajapalot Gold-Cobalt Project in Finland through our subsidiary Mawson Oy. Together, we're building a brighter future in critical minerals and sustainable mining! 💎 🌿

🌟 MAJOR MILESTONE ACHIEVED! 🌟

We are thrilled to announce that Mawson Finland Limited shareholders have overwhelmingly approved the proposed arrangement with First Nordic Metals Corp. at today's special meeting! 🎉

Key Highlights:

✅ 100% of votes cast in favor – with 11,568,435 shares represented, accounting for 52.09% of issued and outstanding shares!
✅ First Nordic will acquire all Mawson shares through a statutory plan of arrangement, making Mawson a wholly-owned subsidiary.
✅ Shareholders will receive 1.7884 First Nordic shares (post 4:1 consolidation) for each Mawson share – equivalent to 7.1534 pre-consolidation.
✅ Mawson shares expected to be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange upon closing.

The final court approval is scheduled for December 8, 2025, with closing anticipated on or around December 16, 2025, subject to remaining conditions. This strategic move unlocks tremendous value and growth in Finland's premier gold district!

Just one day before the first big snowfall, our team collected the very last soil samples of the year and sent them straight to the coreshed for analysis. 📦🧪

Fast forward to today: 20 cm of fresh powder blanketed Rajapalot, officially kicking off winter in Finnish Lapland! ⛄🌨️

With boots now trading trails for snowtracks, we’re shifting focus to winter drilling preparations – planning, permitting, and gearing up for an exciting season ahead. 🛠️🔥
