Designed with visibility, flow, and function at the forefront, this bright open-concept layout showcases the showroom while letting natural light carry through the entire space. A welcoming front desk anchors the entry, while the exposed service area puts the work on display — creating transparency and connection between the shop and its customers. Tucked behind it all, a dedicated office keeps operations running seamlessly.

At the corner of Broad & View, this mid-century building continues to evolve with the city around it.

Our current project is introducing three refreshed commercial spaces, creating new opportunities for businesses in one of Victoria’s busiest pedestrian corridors.

Projects like this play an important role in keeping downtown vibrant while honouring the roots and heritage that define it.
