Every day starts the same way for Hasnain — walking familiar inspection routes, fingertips brushing over polished equipment, listening to the steady hum of turbines, and watching indicators settle calmly within range on the screens.
But for him, this is no longer just a job. It’s a shared mission — standing side by side with his Chinese colleagues, working together to protect and operate something they all take pride in.🤝
This is the SK Kinari Hydropower Project in Pakistan — a “green gem” along the China–Pakistan Economic Corridor. From construction to operation, Hasnain has seen it rise from blueprint to reality, through countless days and nights of hard work, trust, and teamwork with CEEC colleagues.
Today, the project has generated over 3.1 billion kWh of clean electricity, steadily powering Pakistan’s economic growth and improving livelihoods.💡
“Working with these sincere and resilient Chinese brothers for my hometown and for the friendship between our two countries — that sense of pride and stability is the most valuable part of my job,” Hasnain says.🔋

On UN Chinese Language Day, CEEC's Hydropower plant Dabar project team in Bosnia marks one year of our Chinese class for local kids.✍️
With us by their side, these Bosnian children — who had never been exposed to Chinese culture — have stepped into the magical world of Chinese characters and discovered a vast, beautiful Eastern country.📖
As the largest hydropower project in Central and Eastern Europe, Dabar will one day light up countless homes across Bosnia. And we believe the seeds of friendship planted in these young hearts will grow into lasting bonds between our two nations.♥️

Grain Rain, one of China’s 24 solar terms, marks the final chapter of spring — a time when rainfall nourishes crops and brings life to the fields.🌱
Rooted in respect for nature’s rhythm, this season reflects a long-standing harmony between people and the environment. Traditions like tea picking, sea rituals, and spring outings carry a shared sense of gratitude — and hope for what’s ahead.🌳
Understanding the seasons is about respecting nature. At CEEC, we’re committed to advancing green energy worldwide while building bridges between cultures — working together to protect our planet and shape a more sustainable future.♻️

😍🥳Good news for future energy! CEEC has signed the full-process survey and design contract for a 1.2 GW wind power off-grid hydrogen production + 500 MW grid-connected wind project in Huanan County, Heilongjiang, China. It’s the world’s first large-scale off-grid wind-to-hydrogen and e-methanol project.
With an annual output of 3.7 billion kWh, all of it will be used to produce green methanol, powered 100% by renewable energy.🍃
This “wind–hydrogen–methanol” combo shows the world what real tech strength looks like. The green energy boom isn’t coming — it’s already here.

🤩Big news! On April 19 (local time), the largest single solar rooftop project in Thailand—built by CEEC— officially reached full-capacity grid connection.
Located in the Amata City Rayong Industrial Park, the Zhongce Rubber (Thailand) Solar Rooftop Project has a total installed capacity of 30.36 MW. Spanning around 290,000 square meters across 14 factory rooftops, it generates over 36 million kWh of clean electricity each year—powering Thailand’s low-carbon growth and energy transition.
Despite challenges like high temperatures, complex grid integration, and overlapping construction, the CEEC team delivered with expertise and precision. We’re proud to keep driving green energy development across Southeast Asia.✨🌿

Every Wednesday and Saturday, a medical team sets out for villages around the Caculo Cabaça Hydropower Station in Angola.🧑‍⚕️
For nearly a decade, they’ve delivered over 50,000 free consultations, bringing medicine, care, and a promise they’ve kept year after year.♥️
Built by CEEC, this is the largest hydropower project undertaken by a Chinese company in Angola. But beyond the dam and turbines, there’s a more human story.
In 2016, the project team set up a local hospital. Today, 3 Chinese doctors and over 30 local medical staff provide free clinics twice a week and 24/7 emergency care, serving 10 nearby villages. For critical cases, they personally es**rt patients to Luanda, never giving up on anyone.🩺
One of the Chinese doctors, Chen D**g, spent 12 years teaching himself Portuguese from scratch — just to better understand his patients and offer real comfort.
“We build power plants, but what we protect is people.” That’s how CEEC works in Africa.

On the occasion of the 2026 International Day for Monuments and Sites, let’s take a look at the remarkable archaeological discoveries made by the Caculo Cabaça Hydropower Station team from CEEC.😍👀
Over seven years, the team has identified 260 cultural heritage sites. Excavations uncovered human remains, intact pottery, and ceramic artifacts dating back around 600 years, linked to the Ndongo Kingdom between the 15th and 18th centuries. Some human remains date as far back as 1408–1440, offering vital physical evidence for studying Angola’s pre-colonial history.
Selected artifacts are now on display at the National Anthropology Museum in Angola. In recognition of these efforts, CEEC was honored as a “Model Organization for Cultural Heritage Protection” by the National Museum of Archeology of Benguela.
Let's Protect our shared heritage and promot mutual learning among civilizations.🥰

Protecting greenery, building a clean energy future 🌱
From Côte d'Ivoire to every project, we construct with craftsmanship, preserve ecology with sincerity, and power local communities with low-carbon energy for a better life ✨

🥰“From Jurong Island to the Pandan Reservoir, this is my fifth year running with green energy.”
In January 2026, sunlight streams through the windows of a new office at Labrador Tower in Singapore. Lim Jin Hui is packing up, getting ready for his next “mission”: the Floating Solar PV Project at Pandan Reservoir.
As the first Singaporean employee at CEEC SEPEC Lim Jin Hui has had a steady and clear green journey:
👉In 2021, after graduating from Nanyang Polytechnic, he witnessed the launch of one of the world’s largest floating solar farms on a drinking water reservoir at Tengeh Reservoir.
👉In 2022, he moved to the Jurong Island energy storage project, where the team set a new construction speed record in Southeast Asia in just six months.
👉In 2024, he contributed to Singapore’s largest ground-mounted solar project, successfully achieving grid connection by year-end.
“Being able to use what I’ve learned to support my home country’s green transition — it’s more than a career choice. It’s something I’m proud of.”
More stories from China’s green diary, coming your way.🌿🌳

When the aroma of coffee meets tea, and motorbikes meet ocean breezes — for Vietnamese employee Dang Tuan Anh, working with CEEC is a story of cultures coming together.🤝
Over the past 15 years, Dang has built strong teamwork with his Chinese colleagues. At work, they collaborate seamlessly; in life, they share food, travel, and everyday moments — like one big family.🌟
This journey has not only broadened his horizons, but also allowed him to take part in the green development of his hometown — something he takes great pride in.🌱
“On the day when the wind farm is completed, I will definitely drive here with my friends from north to south, making them proud of me and our work.” he says.
