Whizzing our way through this wear plate!

As this project is for a customer in the rail industry, we machined it from Nylon 12 - a specialist grade known for its better dimensional stability and lower moisture absorption compared to standard Nylon grades.

That means more consistent performance and less risk of the material changing over time in its demanding environment. 👍

We’re hiring for a CNC Machinist to join our team!

We’re looking for someone with experience in CNC machining and milling who takes pride in precision work and maintaining high quality standards. The role involves setting up and operating CNC machinery, reading technical drawings and producing complex plastic components to tight tolerances.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲:
• Proficiency in Machine Operation and Machining techniques
• Experience in Milling and working with CNC machinery
• Knowledge of Quality Control practices and standards in manufacturing
• Strong understanding of machinery maintenance and troubleshooting
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Attention to detail and ability to achieve tight tolerances
• Relevant certification or vocational training in machining or manufacturing is advantageous
• Prior experience in plastics machining or industrial manufacturing is a plus
