For this project, we created a stunning new balcony, completely transforming the rear of this property and creating a beautiful outdoor living space.

The works included:

• Excavation and installation of new foundations
• Structural steelwork to form the balcony
• Removal of the existing rear wall and installation of supporting steelwork
• Supply and installation of aluminium sliding doors
• Composite decking
• Glass balustrade to complete the modern finish

From the initial groundwork through to the finishing touches, every stage was completed by our team.

Full renovation we completed on this cottage which included adding a single storey extension creating an open plan kitchen area.
Alongside a new bathroom, full electrical re wire of the property, re plastered throughout and new flooring throughout.

A complete transformation of this family home. 🏡

We removed the existing conservatory before constructing this full-width rear extension, completely changing the way the ground floor is used.

The existing structural rear wall was removed and new steels installed to create a large open-plan kitchen and living space, alongside a full rewire, plumbing works, plastering and installation of the new kitchen.

Externally, we created the new patio area and retaining walls to complete the transformation.

The first of three bathrooms completed on this full house renovation.

As part of the first-floor reconfiguration, we extended the existing bathroom to create a much more generous space, finished with a tiled feature wall, microcement walls and traditional-style fittings throughout.

This is part of a much larger transformation, including a wraparound extension, loft conversion and full renovation of the property throughout.

Plenty more pictures and clips to come from this project, all the first fix electrics have gone in the loft conversion today and the en-suite is really coming together.

One of our favourite features from a previous renovation.
As part of the renovation, we opened up two existing existing rooms into one, removing the structural wall and installing steels to create a much larger living space.

With no existing fireplace, this feature was created bespoke by Etherow Stone and installed by our team, with the herringbone detail to the fireplace chamber and log burner completing the finish.

Another extension we’ve just completed and are really proud of.
For this project we created a new open-plan kitchen and dining space, removing the existing rear wall and installing structural steels to open the house into the new extension.
Finished with aluminium bi-folding doors on the side elevation opening out onto the garden, creating a much brighter and more spacious family living area.

On this project, we completed a full house renovation, reconfiguring all three floors and creating the new dormer bedroom.

An oak-framed extension we completed to replace an existing orangery. Our team carried out all the internal works to bring the space together, including underfloor heating, floor tiling, joinery and plastering, creating a warm, light-filled living space that can be enjoyed all year round.
A great example of traditional craftsmanship combined with a high-quality modern finish.
