Gas fire was classified as immediately dangerous due to putting out high co during a gas safety check. Unfortunately the parts are no longer available down to its age, so the customer decided to have it removed and capped off as its a rental property 🔥

I'd say the adey magnetic filter done its job on today's service 🤢. Imagine the damage this causes to the components inside your boiler.

Lovely drip coming from a 10mm manifold inside a celing after a handy man attemped a repair. Drained down the system quick trip to wolseley and system was up and running 💦💦💦

Been a while since our last post as we have been very busy. This one was too bad not to post though and shows the importance of annual services and gas safety checks. Client called us out due to low pressure fault code. After opening up the boiler to drain down and top up the expansion vessel I noticed signs of corrosion internally, topped up the pressure to fire it up and take readings. As you can see it failed miserably, a boilers limits is 250ppm of CO this was nearly 11000ppm, which is life threatening. Boiler capped off and going to be renewed as parts take too long to come from Italy!
