As part of our continual improvement, we have recently installed a new Trumpf TruBend 5170 press brake.

In this video, Colin demonstrates a range of bending processes, while James explains the software used to programme and perform these precision bends.

Ever wondered about the detail that goes on behind the scenes? In this video, James talks you through the six stage paint process we use to ensure our products are top-of-the-range and built to last.

The primer coat is 160 microns, with the final paint coat bringing this up to around 300 microns. It's this level of detail that reflects the quality of Chapman products and our commitment to producing some of the most durable, high-quality equipment on the market.

Following the installation of our new Trumpf TruBend 5170, we've been busy setting it up for our product range.

Here, Colin is bending our DT100 mudguards using the machine's precision tooling, ensuring exceptional accuracy and repeatability on every bend.

We're excited to have this impressive new addition to our manufacturing facility. It's another important step in our commitment to continuous improvement, investing in the latest technology to enhance quality, efficiency, and consistency for our customers.

Yesterday, we were delighted to welcome everyone to our farm and factory tour.

Guests enjoyed Cornish pasties and a pint on arrival before heading off on tours of both our farm and factory. It was a pleasure to share what we do, showcase our processes, and celebrate the progress we've made over the years.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make it such an enjoyable and memorable day. We look forward to welcoming you back again soon!
