This bathroom was damp, tired and filthy when our client bought this property. They wanted a complete rip out job, so we stripped out all the old sanitaryware, tiles and the floor. We installed a beautiful new bathroom suite to match the age of this old Victorian cottage. We re-tiled the floor with large dark nob-slip porcelain tiles and laid an intricate subway style design on the walls, as well as the window cill, reveals and boxing in for extra detail. We installed a new bath and replaced the boxing in and the mouldy old bath panel 🚿🧼

We transformed this old Cornish cottage by expanding a small opening to 2.7m and adding a flat roof with a new sky light to the front of the property. With this new and improved space we then installed a beautiful new kitchen which is perfect for parties! 🕺🏻

To ensure “The new” matched the old! All M&E had to be completely hidden (without boxing in), free standing bath tap, underfloor heating and high quality floor coverings have made this a job we’re all incredibly proud of!

A lot of projects I get only have very basic drawings, literally what it looks like at the end. This project was quite the opposite, Brian the clients father was a draughtsman. A very good one too, he drew up every room from multiple angles. Covering things like….our sub structure for the different floors, ensuring all came together at one level….to engineering door latches. All with drawings and description. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout. With his vision we delivered what I would describe as our flagship project to date.

Block cavity, stone face build. A technical and high spec project. Consisting of 5 different wall plate heights, and 3 finished floor levels.
