Last week we had another great networking breakfast! ☕️

This time, we had Jason presenting “Retention First: The 6 Silent Reasons Customers Slip Away.” It was a really insightful session and a great reminder that, as businesses, we should focus not only on attracting new customers, but also on looking after the ones we already have.

What a morning at our Networking Breakfast last week at the Sir Joshua Reynolds Pub! ☕️

It was brilliant to see local businesses come together, connect, and kickstart the day with great conversations and new opportunities.

This event marked an exciting step forward with our refreshed committee and renewed approach to networking- bringing more value, more energy, and even more ways to support our business community.

Retention first is out today.

My good friend John Lamerton‘s new book has been released today. They’ve been releasing add on paper back and on Audible
because I’m part of One Percent Club. I got an advanced copy last month to read it.
If you’re A small business and want to look after your customers, this is a great book to give you ideas of all the little things you can do to make things better for your customers.
As always it ms a really easy read and well written.
Well done done John another best seller in the making
PS we stood in front of the king and queen because he’s a king of routine and I’m the Queen of the let property campaign
