Our latest garage conversion project is well underway!

We have had to replace the existing roof and have installed a warm roof system using EPDM.

We took off the roof and removed the existing joists, put new joists on then installed the layers to form a warm roof with 150mm Celotex.

We have just completed this garage conversion in St Neots.

We have wizzed through this conversion transforming this garage into a home office / utility space in just 12 days!

All work has been passed by building control and has been constructed to their specifications.

Wow!!

How your week can change - we started work at this property on Monday then had to stop what we were doing due to a leaky roof!

All other work has had to be rescheduled. We are still on schedule and still have an available slot before Christmas! Now is the time to book!

Our client contacted us due to the coldness in the dormer bedroom above the garage.

Above the existing garage ceiling there was very little insulation the previous builders had put in which was causing the coldness issues.

We have installed over 250mm of Rock Wool insulation the the ceiling before re boarding. Unfortunately we found a leak just above where we were installing the insulation therefore have had to stop all work at this property.
