When the job requires you to go the extra mile… or in this case, the extra metre under the house. 😂

Sometimes being a builder means getting into some pretty questionable positions to get the job done. Crawling through dirt, squeezing under floorboards and wondering exactly how you are going to get back out again! 😅

Always being prepared is of importance to Leon Walker Builders! Recently, the team took the time to complete a first aid course - because on a building site, knowing what to do when something goes wrong is just as important as knowing how to do the job.

First aid training gives everyone the confidence to respond quickly and calmly if someone is injured or needs help. But it’s also about looking out for each other.

We spend a lot of time working together, and knowing that the person beside you has your back and you have theirs is something we really value as a team.
