A huge congratulations to the team at Sanctuary Interiors on opening their beautiful new shop and interior design space! It’s awesome to see another local business working hard, backing themselves and bringing something special to our community.

Their new space is an amazing addition for Mangawhai, giving our clients a place to explore ideas, make interior selections and bring their vision to life — all in one convenient local shop. Having a dedicated space to work through those interior decisions makes the building journey that much easier.

We love seeing local businesses grow and succeed, and we can’t wait to get our clients through the doors and work alongside the team on some exciting projects.

North Ave — handed over. 🔑

10 months from groundworks to completion on this impressive two-storey architectural home, designed by Frank Stanton of Horizon Surveying & Land Development

A beautiful design, quality detailing throughout, and even better clients to build it for. We’ve loved bringing this one together with them.

Here’s a little sneak peek before the professional photography happens — the finished result is well worth the wait.

Another project delivered the Elite way — hands-on from start to finish, with a focus on quality, detail and doing the job properly. We’re proud of the relationship we’ve built with our clients and the Elite home we have built.

7 Titoki - Roof & Weather Tight

A big milestone on site as the roof nears completion, windows are going in and the frame protection wrap is now complete.

With the building rapidly becoming weather-tight, the form of the home is starting to come through — and the details are beginning to make their mark. Cladding is about to begin and the exterior renders become a reality

Whaka St - Reno update

Assive progress with demo complete, reframing done, ready for windows, pre wire and pre plumb all happening - its all go!

This short sharp reno is pumping will be ready for the owners in time for Christmas.

Orchard Lane | The journey begins.

We’ve been working behind the scenes to get this project ready, and we’re now getting close to breaking ground.
