Exciting times as we break ground on the Waikare Gorge realignment project, between Hawke's Bay and Wairoa. This much anticipated project will shift the highway away from the gorge and include a new bridge spanning the river. The upgrade of this critical corridor will see great benefit to local road users and our wider community.
