Run, Liam, Run 🏃
We love backing hard work - and Liam is the perfect example of it.
By day, he’s putting in the effort at mahi as part of our Civil Team. By night (and weekends!), he’s been clocking the kilometres out on the road.
Last week, Liam completed the 10th Hawkes Bay Marathon, and we couldn’t be more impressed. It’s a great reminder that dedication, consistency, and a bit of grit really do pay off.
Ka pai tō mahi, Liam! 👏

✨ Intern Spotlight: Lovelle ✨
This summer, we were thrilled to have Lovelle join the Toa Civil Construction team as an intern while she continues her Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Civil Engineering at the School of Engineering - University of Waikato.

Lovelle chose to spend her summer here in Napier, fully immersing herself in onsite learning so she could experience firsthand how projects unfold on the ground. Her drive, curiosity, and willingness to get stuck in made her a standout addition to our team.

Here’s what Lovelle had to say about her experience:
“Gaining hands-on experience with a contracting team and seeing projects come to life on the ground...Genuinely one of the highlights of my summer.”

We’re proud of the growth and passion Lovelle has shown throughout her internship and can’t wait to see where her engineering journey takes her next. 🌟

Thanks for an awesome summer, Lovelle! 👷‍♀️🚧💛

Supporting the next generation. Proudly Toa.
