WE SHOULD BE DOING BETTER

We’ve been doing a lot of thinking at DK about how we operate, how we communicate and how we get better at what we do.

We’re in a reset and transition.

It's not always comfortable! But it’s also an opportunity to take a hard look at ourselves and ask:

Where are we slowing ourselves down?
Where are we losing time?
Where does information get stuck?
Where are we doing things twice?
Where could we make decisions faster?
Where could the office and site work better together?

Because we can’t ask our industry to improve if we’re not prepared to improve ourselves first.

We have technology. We have systems. We have good people.

Now we need to make those things work better together.

That’s where our thinking around the DK DELIVERY MODEL comes from.

It’s not simply about installing a roof faster.

It’s about making DK better at how we operate and deliver.

Better connected. Better coordinated. More efficient. More effective.

And ultimately, better at delivering for our clients, our people, and our industry.

We know we won’t get it perfect. But we’re willing to challenge ourselves, test new ideas, measure what happens and keep pushing the boundaries and improving.

We’re rebuilding parts of DK.

And while we’re doing that, we have an opportunity to build something smarter, faster and stronger than what was there before.

With more than 12 years of experience across project coordination, management, operations, procurement and administration, Regene brings a proven track record of managing complex projects, coordinating stakeholders, supporting commercial outcomes and keeping teams moving forward.

Her experience with Bvlgari Middle East and 3DHUB Dubai has developed strong expertise across project delivery, procurement, budget management, logistics, documentation, and supplier coordination.
