At DK Roofing, building strong teams is about more than just the work we do on site - it’s about connection, culture, and whakawhanaungatanga.

To welcome our new Commercial Roofing Team (based in New Plymouth, travel the North Island) to the DK whānau, we spent time together learning how to prepare and cook a traditional Māori hāngī.

It was an awesome opportunity to share knowledge, embrace culture, and strengthen the relationships that make our team what it is. We’re proud to continue creating a workplace that values people, respect, and community alongside quality workmanship.

Another Mountain project completed! The Tongariro Ski Club Re-roof, Mt Ruapheu all wrapped up! Delivered in true alpine style, although we thought we would be safe (weather wise) in mid Feb, we ended up with both sun and snow!

Another great experience with amazing clients, suppliers and other trades! All working like clockwork to get the job done!

A special thank-you to Dimond Roofing for your amazing service! delivering an easy transition from Delivery Truck to Helicopter to Site!

Commercial New Build Project in the sunny Hawkes Bay. Office Building Roof Completed. On to the Main Building Roof. Netting installed. Handrails installed. Sheets craned up. Ready to lay in now!

Wow what a year, am I right! A challenging economic and construction climate. All the ups and downs. Growth. Restructuring. Change Management. Re-focusing. Re-strategizing. Motivation. Endurance. Resilience. Inspiration. All The Things. WE DID IT!

But at the end of the day - very grateful to be pushing hard right to the end, finishing off the year Strong! Taranaki Base Hospital (appreciate you Leighs Construction); Fonterra (thank-you for the mahi Calder Stewart Construction); and Final Lid on for the year (Kingspan Panels) at New World in Otaki (appreciate the mahi Watts & Hughes Construction) – safe travels home today DK Team.
