We asked our past Jennian homeowners to share their favourite square metre… and of course, Frank had to submit his. 🐾

This is Frank’s favourite spot in his Jennian home.

From here, he can admire the views of Tamakuku Terrace, keep a close eye on the neighbourhood, collect the all-important cheese tax and, most importantly, bark at any passing STUD builders. 😂

From Manawatū to Japan 🇯🇵 🚴‍♂️

Haydon is currently over in Niseko supporting his twin brother Blair as he takes on the 2026 UCI Gran Fondo World Championships.

The event brings together some of the world’s best amateur cyclists, who have qualified through events around the globe to compete for the coveted UCI rainbow jersey. This year is a special one too, with Niseko hosting the championships in Asia for the very first time.

When your day job is helping people build their dream homes… eventually it’s your turn!

Tory is currently building her own Jennian home and bringing some of her favourite design ideas to life - including colour drenching.

Colour drenching uses the same colour, or varying shades of it, across the walls, ceiling and trims instead of the traditional white, creating a more cohesive and considered feel.

We caught up with Tory and Jordan from Colour Craft Decorating to chat about why it works so well in her home. With plenty of natural light and upgraded trims designed to stand out, colour drenching is the perfect way to make those details a real feature.

A very special handover!

This one was a little extra special for our team, as we handed over the keys to Cara, our Interior Designer, and her family.

From the very beginning, this home was designed around them - giving the kids their own bedrooms and plenty of space outside, and adding personality throughout the entire home. From the stunning entranceway and kitchen to the different coloured feature walls in each bedroom, every choice has been made with their family and the way they live in mind.

This is why we love what we do. Seeing a dream home brought to life is always special, but getting to walk alongside one of our own team members through the entire journey makes this handover one we’ll remember.
