From the drone today, Jamaica Rise on Jamaica Drive is really starting to show its rhythm, clean lines, strong forms, and a neighborhood taking shape one home at a time.

Seeing it from the air gives a great sense of scale and how everything is starting to connect as a whole.

At first glance, it might just look like a stack of timber and a floor.

In reality, it's one of those stages where you can finally start to appreciate what the finished home will become.

With the mid-floor complete and the second-storey frames now on site, this Newlands project is ready for its next stage.

It's amazing what a coat of paint can do.

The exterior painting is now complete, while work continues inside as this home begins to look less like a construction site and more like a place someone will soon call home.
