After kicking off in June, this Design + Build in Maunu is now over halfway through its five-month build, with the team currently working through GIB stopping inside.

Outside, the home features brick from Premier's Vantage range, chosen for its rustic character and finished with a flush mortar joint that suits the Maunu setting.

For Michael, being a Building Consultant is about helping people find the right pathway to make their new home happen.

Another Classic Builders Northland build taking shape in Maunu!

Just five weeks into this Design + Build, the home has already reached the GIB stopping stage, with the interior walls lined and the spaces starting to come together.

The open-plan kitchen and dining area will sit at the heart of the home, with the bedrooms and living spaces thoughtfully positioned around it.

Despite a few typical Northland weather events along the way, progress has stayed on track with the team working towards completion before Christmas.

Four weeks in and this build at Kintrae Close is already up to truss stage, with the roof next on the list.

It's a larger Design + Build with some great features taking shape, including high raking areas through the entranceway, full landscaping and a pool to come.

Construction Manager Josh takes us through the progress so far and what the team will be working towards over the coming months.
