One thing that really stands out from above? Just how incredible this location is.

With the water nearby, beautiful surrounds, and the growing Port Nikau community, it’s easy to see why this spot is such an exciting place to build.

Progress update from Windward Ave 🏡

Roof trusses up, roofing complete, and this build is moving along nicely.

The team’s been working hard behind the scenes, and we’re really stoked with how smoothly everything is coming together so far. It’s always exciting seeing a project hit these key milestones.

With this stage complete, it’s onto the next steps as this home continues to take shape.

A big part of what makes this building style work? Great partnerships.

We’re stoked to work alongside Carters as our building partner, with our wall panels manufactured offsite in their factory before arriving onsite ready to install.

Not only does this help reduce time on site, it also means less hold-up from weather conditions, more precision in the build process, and incredibly fast progress once everything starts coming together.

Seeing these pre-made panels arrive and go up so quickly will never get old.

The Carters team came down to site to check it all out too - pretty cool seeing everyone excited to watch their work come to life in real time.

Less clutter inside the walls = more room to work, more room to insulate. 👌🏼

One of the advantages of our panelised build system? The structural cavity battens move the bracing to the outside of the home, which means there’s no need for nogs taking up space inside the wall cavity.

Why does that matter?

✔️ Continuous insulation, fewer air breaks
✔️ Cleaner, simpler setup for electricians, plumbers & other sub-trades
✔️ Easier access and a more efficient workflow onsite

From slab to external walls in around 2.5 hours… pretty impressive to watch. 🙌🏼

This is one of the reasons we love this style of building.

With precision planning happening behind the scenes and a crane truck placing the wall panels into position, the install process onsite is fast, efficient, and exciting for everyone involved.

Just two builders onsite, the panels going up, and suddenly you can really start to see the home taking shape.

We can’t wait to keep watching this build come together. 🏠
