BSI Engineering

When a bunch of our office furniture was displaced during the recent move, we were thrilled to see it find a new home with Side by Side's community resource center, The HUB, operated by BLOC Ministries.

Recently, Sarah represented BSI at The HUB's open house and had the opportunity to see firsthand how this space serves local families and neighbors through mentoring programs, ESL classes, food distribution, community gatherings, and other vital support services.

We're excited about the impact this new space will have and grateful to play a small role in supporting an organization that is investing so much into our community.

Congratulations to everyone involved in bringing this vision to life. We can't wait to see all the good that will come from The HUB.

Manufacturing Day is all about inspiring the next generation, and we were excited to be part of it.

Today Becky and David connected with local students at the Three Rivers Manufacturers' Association - TRMA Manufacturing Day, sharing how engineering, project services, and manufacturing come together to create the products and infrastructure we rely on every day. From career paths and industry trends to real-world project experiences, it was a great opportunity to showcase the possibilities available in modern manufacturing.

Thank you to the organizers of Manufacturing Day for helping students explore rewarding careers right here in our communities.

This weekend, members of the BSI team attended the BLOC Ministries Bloc Party in support of an organization that is making a meaningful impact across our community.

As a proud annual sponsor, we're honored to support BLOC's mission and the many programs they provide to individuals and families throughout the Cincinnati region. One program especially close to our team is Horses on the Hill, an equine-assisted learning program that helps participants build confidence, trust, and emotional healing through hands-on experiences with horses and nature.

Our VP of Operations, Ashley, and her family regularly volunteer with Horses on the Hill, giving their time to a program that continues to change lives. We're grateful for the opportunity to support organizations like BLOC Ministries and the people who make these programs possible.

Our team pulled out their best 70s-inspired looks this weekend in support of Stepping Stones Inc. annual Bloom fundraiser.

Stepping Stones Ohio provides year-round programs that promote independence, inclusion, and support for children, teens, and adults with disabilities, while also serving their families through recreation, education, respite care, and community-based programs. Proceeds from Bloom help fund these life-changing programs and services throughout the Greater Cincinnati region.

A special shoutout to our Director of Business Development Nick and his wife Ashley, who served on the event's hosting team and spent months fundraising and planning to make the evening a success. Their dedication, along with the support of countless volunteers, sponsors, and attendees, helps ensure Stepping Stones can continue creating pathways to independence for those they serve.

Our co-op program develops future engineers, problem solvers... and apparently Oktoberfest champions. 🍺🏆

A big congratulations to Aidan for winning the annual Oktoberfest Stein Holding Competition! The same dedication he brings to the BSI team helped him outlast the competition and earn bragging rights for the year.

Think you can compete with that? Rach out to [email protected] about our co-op opportunities and join the team!

When our Cincinnati Headquarters moved to Mason, we expected a new office space. We didn't expect the best neighbors ever. Benchmark Gensuite® turned a few handwritten signs across the atrium into an ongoing exchange of snacks, swag, and smiles. Proof that good neighbors make all the difference!

Last night's Open House was a special reminder of how far we've come and the people who made it possible. We were honored to welcome back many of our retirees and celebrate the founders whose vision, hard work, and commitment built the foundation of BSI.

Grateful for the stories shared, the memories revisited, and the opportunity to connect across generations of our company. Thank you to everyone who joined us for an evening of appreciation and celebration!
