🗓️ NOW HIRING: Scheduler-Grand Rapids, MI

If you've scheduled in a tool & die shop or job shop, you already know: high-mix work doesn't sit still. Priorities shift, every job is a little different, and staying three steps ahead is the whole game.

That's the role. You'd own the schedule board by machine and work center, practice level loading to get optimum utilization out of every machine, expedite critical jobs, and keep program managers and production leads in the loop on capacity constraints.

What we're looking for:
• 1-2 years scheduling experience in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing (preferred)
• High School Diploma or higher, comfortable in Microsoft Office
• Proactive communicator who can prioritize when everything feels urgent
• The kind of person who digs for root cause instead of a quick patch

What we offer:
• $26.00 – $34.00 per hour, 40 hours/week
• Health, dental, and vision insurance + HSA
• 401(k) with company match
• Paid time off and paid parental leave
• Tuition reimbursement, life insurance, EAP, referral program

120+ years of experience standing in one frame. 🏭

Between them, these three have been at Paragon for over four decades each. If you ask about the old 36th Street shop and the first thing you'll hear is "everybody was crazy back then." The second thing you'll hear is a story you probably shouldn't repeat.

When we asked what's kept them here this long,
the answer was simpler:
