Repeat after me: I will not attempt this myself just to save money. 😅

We've all seen it, a YouTube tutorial makes it look easy, and suddenly it's a weekend project. Then the weekend turns into a month, the "quick fix" turns into a bigger repair, and the money saved gets spent twice over fixing what went wrong.

No shade to a little DIY spirit. Some things are genuinely worth tackling yourself. But when it comes to plumbing, electrical, or anything structural, it's usually cheaper (and way less stressful) to just call it in from the start.

He didn't have to film this. He did it anyway!

Back when we were mid-project on Sutherland Street, working through a two-story addition and full interior remodel, kitchen included, we caught this update from the job site the day the insulation inspection passed.

Fast forward to now, and that job is officially complete.

We've got the finished photos coming soon, and honestly, seeing where this one started makes the after even better. Stay tuned. 🏡
