We are devastated by the unimaginable tragedy that happened at Silver Rail Elementary School in Bend, Oregon yesterday afternoon. We hold everyone affected close to our hearts.

While our Bend team and their families are safe, this event hits close to home. Our team members have connections with teachers and students at the school and with the first responders who arrived to help.

We are grieving alongside our community and sending love to the students, families, educators, first responders, and everyone in Bend navigating the aftermath of this heartbreaking event. We hope our community finds comfort in one another as we process and mourn.

Our Baltimore office enjoyed a summer outing at an Orioles v. White Sox game, our Philadelphia office went to see the Phillies, and our Bend office spent an evening cheering on the Bend Elks baseball team!

It's always nice to get out of the office and learn that the Venn diagram of baseball slang and corporate slang is a circle. 🤔

A large portion of our team bikes to work every day, many of our offices are certified Bike Friendly Businesses, and we work on lots of projects that improve bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure.
