GPI provided engineering design services for CliftonLarsonAllen’s 18,500 SF twelfth floor penthouse office in Arlington, VA. The double height space required a unique mechanical approach, with coordinated HVAC layouts across multiple ceiling levels to support perimeter glazing while maintaining aesthetics. Our integrated system coordination ensured performance without compromising the design vision.

GPI provided engineering design services for the amenity repositioning at 950 N Glebe Road in Arlington, VA, transforming a former restaurant space into a flexible, tenant focused environment. During a site visit, our team identified that the existing mechanical system, originally designed for restaurant use, was oversized and lacked the adaptability needed for the new program. GPI designed and coordinated a new mechanical solution integrated with the building’s existing condenser water loop and automation system to better support a conference center, lounge, fitness area, and collaborative spaces.
