Message from OMNI Manufacturing Inc. The 2nd shift will also be cancelled for today, January 26, 2026, due to poor road conditions. We will be discussing options for making up production hours later in the week and will have a posting out very soon to communicate the direction to employees. Stay safe and stay warm!

🚨🚨Msg from OMNI Manufacturing Inc. 1st shift will be cancelled for tomorrow, January 26, 2026, due to the Level 3 weather alert that is currently in effect for our area.

2nd shift is still scheduled, but we will continue to monitor the weather status to make a final decision by 12pm tomorrow.

Our OMNI MFG team had a great week completing CPR and First Aid training with Grand Lake Health Systems! 🚑💪
We now have eight newly certified team members ready to respond in an emergency. Safety is always a top priority, and we’re grateful for the hands-on training provided to our employees. ✅

Meet Paula Kill! Paula has been part of the Omni Manufacturing team for 9 years. She first started as a Quality Tech, worked her way up to Quality Manager, and now serves as our dedicated Quality Engineer.

Her role keeps her busy with Document Control, Annual Layouts, CMM Dimensions, and PPAP—and she handles it all with incredible skill and dedication.

When asked what she enjoys most about working at Omni, Paula didn’t hesitate—it’s the people that make the difference. 💙

Outside of work, Paula loves spending time gardening and hiking. 🌱🥾

We’re so grateful for everything you do, Paula—thank you for being such a valuable part of our Omni family! 🙌
