Even though our Shareholders’ Meeting was back in June and we got the exciting news that our stock value had gone up, there was still one more thing to look forward to… seeing how that increase would impact our individual stock certificates!

This week, the wait was finally over. 🎉 It’s pretty special to see what employee ownership means for each of us personally—and to watch the value of being an SRC owner continue to grow.

At SRC Industrial, safety isn't just a priority—it's part of our culture.

Friday, our entire facility participated in live fire extinguisher training with the help of Cintas. Hands-on training like this gives our team the confidence and knowledge to respond quickly and safely in the event of a workplace fire.

We encourage everyone to take a few minutes to familiarize themselves with the location of fire extinguishers in their workplace and understand how to use them. Knowing what to do in an emergency can make all the difference.

A big thank you to Cintas for providing this valuable training and helping us keep safety at the forefront every day.

Adam joins the SRC Industrial leadership team from SRC Heavy Duty, where he has served as Quality and Warranty Manager since September 2022. During his time there, he has built a strong reputation for his technical expertise, commitment to quality, and dedication to continuous improvement.

Adam earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Dakota, bringing a solid engineering foundation along with valuable leadership experience to his new role.

As Director of Engineering & Quality, Adam will lead our Engineering and Quality teams, focusing on strengthening processes, driving continuous improvement, and helping position SRC Industrial for long-term success. His leadership will play an important role in improving how we work today while building a stronger organization for the future.

We're excited to have Adam join the team and look forward to the experience, leadership, and fresh perspective he brings to SRC Industrial.

What a great way to kick off the Fourth of July holiday!

Today, the SRC Industrial team enjoyed an afternoon cookout filled with burgers, hot dogs, and plenty of delicious treats. Then the fun continued as our neighbors from SRC Logistics joined us for the inaugural Mulroy Madness—our new annual friendly co****le tournament!

To top it all off, the SRC Logistics team brought Pineapple Whip, making an already great afternoon even sweeter.

A little friendly competition, great food, and time spent together made for a fantastic day. We're thankful for our amazing employees and the opportunity to celebrate together.
