ESOPtober is in full swing at SRC Industrial!

Our team brought the flavor (and the sweets) for our Dips & Desserts Contest. From savory favorites to seriously impressive desserts, there was no shortage of food and taste-testing!

Thank you for all that brought a dish or two!!

October is known as "ESOPtober" across SRC companies. It is a month to celebrate what it means to be employee-owned!

SRC Industrial kicked off our 31-day celebration with a taco bar and a chance to gather, connect, and celebrate our company together.

What is your employee-owned company doing to celebrate ESOPtober this month?

This person's contributions have had a significant impact on our organization. They have helped the hiring process for many new owners, strengthened our interview approach, improved employee engagement, and supported employees in a way that reflects the very best of SRC’s values. This person did not hesitate when asked to help out in this interim role…they recognized our need and took the initiative so we could take our time and find the right person. Their energy, dedication, and willingness to go above and beyond have made a meaningful difference during a time of transition. Not to mention the multiple daily trips in between the Mulroy buildings! From all of us at SRC Industrial, thank you for the time you’ve spent with us and for being part of our team!

Even though our Shareholders’ Meeting was back in June and we got the exciting news that our stock value had gone up, there was still one more thing to look forward to… seeing how that increase would impact our individual stock certificates!

This week, the wait was finally over. 🎉 It’s pretty special to see what employee ownership means for each of us personally—and to watch the value of being an SRC owner continue to grow.

Proud to be part of an employee-owned company! 💙

At SRC Industrial, safety isn't just a priority—it's part of our culture.

Friday, our entire facility participated in live fire extinguisher training with the help of Cintas. Hands-on training like this gives our team the confidence and knowledge to respond quickly and safely in the event of a workplace fire.

We encourage everyone to take a few minutes to familiarize themselves with the location of fire extinguishers in their workplace and understand how to use them. Knowing what to do in an emergency can make all the difference.

A big thank you to Cintas for providing this valuable training and helping us keep safety at the forefront every day.
