Yesterday, several team members participated in the United Way of the Ozarks’ Day of Caring at Sequiota Park.

From spreading mulch and pulling weeds to picking up litter and general cleanup, they spent the day helping keep this community space beautiful for everyone to enjoy.

A big thank you to United Way Ozarks Region for organizing this impactful day of service and to all the volunteers who gave their time to make a difference.

At Watson, continuous improvement is part of how we work.

Recently, selected team members participated in a Kaizen event focused on the idea that “change is good.” The goal was to identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and create a safer, more effective workplace.

The team collaborated to share ideas and implement practical improvements that will have a lasting impact on our operations.

A big thank you to Dr. Gary Lee, Director of Quality and Continuous Improvement, and the Materials Control department team members for their hard work and dedication throughout the event.

One amazing team.

We recently celebrated our Employee Engagement Survey with Pineapple Whip and a Bluetooth speaker for every team member as a thank-you for sharing their feedback and helping shape the future of Amprod.

We proudly shipped out 230,000 gallons worth of tanks :
2 × 40,000-gallon milk silos
5 × 30,000-gallon environmental tanks

7 large units in a single day—built, loaded, and on the move thanks to an outstanding team effort.
