Custom Home Plans - No job too small!
This Mini-Barndo is built conventionally, wood framed on a monolithic slab to keep cost to a bare minimum. It will feature board and batten Hardiboard siding, a standing seam steel roof and cedar framed porch outside. Inside the living and bedroom have dramatic vaulted ceilings which give it a spacious feeling. Floors will be stained and polished concrete! Only 502sq.ft (+408 garage), this is an efficient living design for one, maybe a couple. My customer is building two of these, one in NC for winter and another out west in Wyoming near the Green River for summers.
