METALMORPHOSIS INC JOB OPENING (Winston-Salem, North Carolina)
PREFERRED SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Some experience fabricating steel and welding is preferred, or ability to demonstrate proficiency. Eager attitudes please apply!
Ability to, or willingness to learn welding, MIG and TIG (steel and aluminum)
Ability to, or willingness to learn how to read blueprints and follow technical specifications.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
Ability to problem solve on a daily basis with creativity is a plus.
Ability to work in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Willing to work in a team environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Must be passionate about metal. Willingness to learn new tasks a must. Daily tasks will include welding, cutting materials, using hand tools, operating a forklift, and general shop maintenance.
