We're looking for an experienced Leading Hand Scaffolder / Edge Protection Installer to help lead our installation crews across residential and commercial construction projects throughout Sydney.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and wants to be part of a business that's continuing to expand.

What you'll be doing:
• Leading and supervising installation crews
• Installing and dismantling temporary edge protection systems
• Working closely with builders and site supervisors
• Maintaining high safety and quality standards
• Mentoring junior team members
• Keeping projects running safely and efficiently

What we're looking for:
✔ Basic (or Overseas) Scaffolding Ticket
✔ Previous experience leading crews
✔ White Card & Driver's Licence
✔ Strong work ethic and safety-first attitude

Additional tickets including Working at Heights, EWP, Forklift, HR Licence and edge protection experience are highly regarded.
