Making good progress on our site near Longdowns. It hasn’t been without its challenges, but that’s all part of the process and what keeps the job interesting. Looking forward to seeing it all come together.

We’ve now fully stripped the site and dug the holes for percolation tests with Sibley & Co. Everything is moving along nicely and starting to take shape!

Last week we secured a successful planning appeal ✅ granting Permission in Principle for 6 dwellings🏠

The site previously had consent as a rural exception scheme, but amendments to national planning policy now mean the site is considered suitable for open market housing.

We’re excited to be working with and to submit the Technical Details Consent application and take the scheme forward, ready for construction later this year.

Project update 24th April:

Our replacement dwelling project in Mylor is progressing smoothly. With plasterboarding scheduled for next week, external finishes ready for decorating, and the Millboard cladding now complete.

Nuplan Surveys Ltd have completed the point cloud 3D survey for an upcoming commercial refurbishment project. Sibley & Co. will be providing full project management and construction services for this exciting scheme.

Nice little milestone on-site today with the blockwork and roof complete, windows and doors fitted, and a partial scaffold strike. Shadow Line cladding due Thursday!

Despite the persistent rain, we are making good progress on our Mylor project. The foundations have now been poured, and Jamie from has pinned our blockwork corners.
