A little reminder as garden season starts winding down! 🌽🍅

Those end of summer veggies may be great for dinner… but your garbage disposal doesn't want all the leftovers.

Corn husks, corn cobs, onion skins, potato peels and other fibrous scraps are better off in the trash or compost.

Your disposal is helpful, but it isn't a blender for everything that comes off the cutting board.

🚰A little late-summer plumbing tip!

It’s been a busy summer for our outdoor faucets here in Billings—kids running through sprinklers, backyard car washes, watering the lawn, and trying to keep those gardens alive through the Montana heat.

Before summer starts winding down, take a quick walk around your home and check your outdoor faucets and hoses for:

- Slow drips from outdoor faucets
- Leaks where hoses connect
- Cracked or damaged hoses
- Damp spots or pooling water that shouldn’t be there

Little outdoor leaks are easy to miss, especially when we’re already using so much water outside.

Enjoy these last weeks of summer—and take two minutes to make sure the only water running outside is the water you actually want running! ☀💙

🎉 Celebrating 3 Years with Kassy! 🎉

Today marks Kassy's 3 year anniversary with Alpine.

Kassy works behind the scenes as one of our Office Administrators and handles HR, payroll, customer service, and now Alpine's social media. If you've noticed a little more personality on our page lately, that's probably her doing. 💙

Early on at Alpine, Kassy earned the nickname "Sunshine Tornado" - and honestly, it still fits. 😂☀️🌪️ She's creative, colorful, a little sentimental, and always excited about something. She's happiest when the sun is shining, loves live music and concerts, has a serious soft spot for cats, and spends much of her free time either at the lake or creating jewelry for her small business, .designs.

We're happy to celebrate 3 years with Kassy and everything she's brought to the Alpine team!
