We’re proud to celebrate Jeremy Cutts, recently honored as a Birmingham Business Journal Top 40 Under 40 recipient.

This recognition highlights young professionals who combine career achievement with meaningful community impact — and Jeremy exemplifies both.

As an Associate and Registered Architect at Williams Blackstock Architects, Jeremy has helped lead transformative projects across Alabama, including the Equal Justice Initiative Pavilion, the Ramsay McCormack redevelopment, and major university and housing initiatives throughout the region.

Beyond his professional work, he actively serves through DesignAlabama and AIA Birmingham, mentoring emerging professionals and advocating for thoughtful, equitable housing solutions.

Congratulations, Jeremy. Birmingham is stronger because of leaders like you.

Designed for modern living, Colina WeHo blends comfort, convenience, and community. The garden-style layout and carriage homes are thoughtfully organized to enhance walkability, light, and connection to outdoor spaces, while resort-inspired amenities are integrated to support both daily routines and shared experiences. The result is a multifamily community shaped by context, lifestyle, and a design approach that supports Birmingham’s continued renewal.
