⚾️ Project Complete at HomeTrust Park! 🎉

Congratulations to the Asheville Tourists on the completion of renovations to their iconic home ballpark. The project included a new 7,000 SF clubhouse, upgraded playing field and bullpens, enhanced sports lighting and netting systems, renovated player facilities, an expanded team store, and improvements to the entrance plaza and concourse.

These enhancements elevate the experience for players and fans while transforming HomeTrust Park into a year-round destination for baseball, concerts, and community events.

After Hurricane Helene forced the closure of our Asheville office, the Asheville Tourists graciously welcomed us to work from the project site and job trailer. Their generosity and support helped our team continue moving forward during a challenging time, and for that, we are incredibly grateful.

Congratulations to everyone involved on this exciting milestone. We can't wait to see HomeTrust Park filled with fans for years to come. ✨

Congrats to Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Lexington Medical Center who officially cut the ribbon on their expansion project at Levine Cancer Hematology & Oncology! The upgrades are expanding access to high-quality cancer care and providing greater support for patients throughout their treatment journey. Blum is honored to have been a part of this project!

Our 2026-2027 Leadership Academy cohort recently gathered in Raleigh for their first official learning session: “The Business of People.” From sharing personal development plans to refining leadership goals, the session focused on growing leaders who will continue making a positive impact on our people, projects, and culture.

“As each person shared their goals, it was exciting to encourage one another and help refine those plans,” said Grant Lappi, Western Region General Superintendent. “I’m confident this group will make a meaningful impact across Blum.”

We’re excited to see this group of leaders continue to grow, learn, and build together.

We were honored to join the Parker family and Chatham County Parks, Recreation & Cultural Resources in celebrating the groundbreaking of Parker’s Ridge Park , a project rooted in community, legacy, and connection.

Having members of the Parker family in attendance made the ceremony especially meaningful as we honored the history of the land and the generosity that helped make this future park possible. Blum Construction is proud to serve as the general contractor on a space that will bring people together for generations to come. 🌿🚧

NCCAT-The North Carolina Center for the Advancement of Teaching is expanding in Cullowhee! The team and partners recently celebrated the official start of construction with a momentous groundbreaking. The future NCCAT Cullowhee Campus will include a new four-story residence hall plus renovations and additions to the Professional Development Center.
