Something big is taking shape at JAWS.

We're investing $2.5 million in a new state-of-the-art line boring machine that will soon join our existing line boring fleet.

But before the machine arrives, the groundwork comes first.
We've excavated deep below the workshop floor and installed foundations 30 feet underground to create the stability required for world-class machining precision.

We can therefore provide:
👉 More Capacity
👉 Up to 20% increase in turnaround times through the line boring phase of production.

If you haven't met him yet, meet our much loved General Manager, Mark Howard, who started at JAWS in 1987!
What makes him such an integral part of our business today is that he started from the ground up.

Mark began in heavy engineering with a hands on role, then progressed into a mechanical draftsperson role, purchasing manager, financial controller and full system administrator. With a diploma in engineering and accounting, Mark has engaged in all aspects of our business.

And when he makes a decision, it comes from a place of understanding and is always what is best for the business, our customers and our employees.
