M by Montefiore Stage 2 has topped out, with the structure now complete.

To mark the occasion, project partners, delivery teams and community members were invited on site to attend a topping out ceremony.

The expansion of Randwick’s award-winning Montefiore campus will deliver 37 additional independent living units, including six residential care suites.

The purpose-built facility has achieved a 6 Star Green Star – Design & As Built v1.3 rating, recognising sustainability outcomes embedded across its design and delivery.

From on-site solar generation and energy-efficient systems to lower-carbon materials, water efficiency and responsible procurement, the project sets a high benchmark for sustainable healthcare and research infrastructure.
