15 Years of being part of the NPR Family!
Over the years, David has gained experience across various areas of manufacturing, including painting, pouring, assembly, and other stages of the manufacturing process. His experience, skills, and dedication have made him a valued member of the NPR team.
But a milestone like this is about more than the years spent on the job. It’s also about the people, the experiences, and what makes a workplace feel like somewhere you belong.
When we asked David what he values most about working at NPR, his answer was simple but meaningful. For David, feeling valued as an individual and having the flexibility to balance work and personal life are important parts of what make NPR a place he enjoys coming to every day.
