St John's Wort has a history stretching back centuries. Its name comes from its traditional flowering time around St John's Day in late June (Northern Hemisphere), and throughout Europe it became a plant woven into both folklore and everyday life 😊

It was often hung above doorways or placed in windows for protection, while herbalists prepared it as a remedy for the skin and to support emotional wellbeing.
