1. You’ve been with Platinum for over 10 years! What’s been the most rewarding aspect of your role?
After 10.5 years at Platinum, what excites me most is seeing the real impact of the systems and processes I help create. Improving efficiency and seeing how our behind-the-scenes work drives results for both teams and clients is incredibly fulfilling. And working with such a dedicated leadership team makes it all the more rewarding.
2. How have you seen the company and the industry evolve during your time here, and how does it impact your work?
Technology and sustainability have been the game changers. My focus has shifted to streamlining processes, optimising systems, and developing scalable solutions to support growth. Building a collaborative, employee-first culture has been both challenging and rewarding—pushing me to grow as a leader and mentor.
